Karen Graziano’s mission is to help others “develop their ideas in writing and quest in life”. Utilizing her 15+ years in higher education, including her experience as a college professor, academic advisor, internship director, leadership & professional development director, and pre-law advisor, as well as her background as a consultant, writer, and editor, Karen created Graziano Career Works, LLC, to educate and empower her clients to develop and achieve their educational, writing, and career goals.
Through Graziano Career Works, LLC, Karen assists clients in developing individual college admission, graduate admission, and career and professional development plans, helping her clients research their interests, understand their strengths, and develop manageable plans to achieve their goals in a systematic way, reducing stress and maximizing results. She works closely with writing clients to identify their needs and to assist them in developing their skills. She works with colleges and universities to help them better realize their strategic missions by developing and revamping courses, curricula, and programs. She assists corporate and nonprofit organizations in realizing their missions through the development of youth-focused community-engagement internship and professional development programs, the evaluation of writing across the organization, and the creation of employee trainings on career and personal development topics.
